Pakistan to hand over SAARC CCI presidency to Bangladesh today

KARACHI: Pakistan will hand over presidency of the SAARC CCI to Bangladesh today (Sunday) at a ceremony arranged by the Federation of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) in Dhaka. The ceremony will be held after 47th executive meeting and 14th general assembly meeting, which will be chaired by SAARC CCI President Tariq Sayeed. The upcoming president of SAARC CCI is Annis-ul-Huq, who is a prominent business leader of Bangladesh and is also president of FBCCI. FPCCI has nominated FPCCI President Sultan Ahmed Chawla, SAARC CCI Vice President Iftikhar Ali Malik, Chaudhry Muhammad Saeed, Fazal Elahi, S M Naseer and Wali Muhammad on the executive committee of SAARC CCI for the year 2010-2011. staff report
